Ticket sales information

In advance of ticket sales, the following is strongly recommended. In order to purchase on behalf of other supporters, you will need to add them to your friends and family list. For details of how to do this and for full FAQs on the New Online Ticketing System, please click here.

Ticket sales for this match will be as follows:

Wednesday 10 August from 10am until 11:30am ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 125 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 10 August from 12pm until 1:30pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 120 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 10 August from 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 115 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 10 August from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining season ticket holders who have yet to purchase can purchase one ticket per person.

Thursday 11 August from 10am until 11:30am ONLINE ONLY: Members with 110 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Thursday 11 August from 12pm until 1:30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 105 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Thursday 11 August 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 100 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Thursday 11 August from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining members who have yet to purchase can purchase one ticket per person.

Disabled Supporters Application Process

Disabled supporters can apply by telephone sales on the disability line 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950 or by submitting the application form to [email protected] during the relevant sales period as detailed above.

Supporters who are registered disabled wishing to apply by email can download the away disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.

To receive a personal assistant ticket disabled season ticket holders/members will need to apply by telephone sale or via the application form and not by purchasing online.

Headsets for match commentary are available for visually impaired supporters. A £20 deposit is required. Headsets must be booked in advance. If you wish to book a headset or have any accessibility queries, please contact our Disability Liaison Officer on 0371 334 1992.

Coach Travel

Coach travel to Elland Road will be on sale at 10am on Monday 8 August.

Coaches will depart Stamford Bridge at 7am and Newport Pagnell at 8:30am.

Coaches will be priced at £10 per person.

Applications for coach travel will be open until 5pm on Friday 12 August. Applications may close earlier if coaches reach full capacity.

Please note that all timings are estimated and will be confirmed on your final itinerary sent via email 3 - 5 days before travel.

Car Parking at Stamford Bridge

Car parking at Stamford Bridge for domestic coach travel is now available to book with Sportsbreaks.com. You will be able to select this option when making your normal coach travel booking at an additional £10.00 per vehicle. Please follow instructions when making your booking with Sportsbreaks.com, ensuring you provide them correctly with your car make and registration when entering passenger details. Car parking will not be available to supporters who have not pre-booked this with sportsbreaks.com. We recommend booking early as spaces are limited.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 2,852 tickets which includes an allocation of 17 non-ambulant and 17 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of tickets

Tickets will be posted out via first class post.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should email the ticket office on Friday 19 August before 5pm.

Loyalty points

Supporters will receive 3 (three) loyalty points for this match.

Ticket prices

Please note, regular checks are made on concession ticket usage at turnstiles. Supporters are advised to bring a form of identification with them to the match (copy of birth certificate or passport). Any adults found trying to gain entry using a concession ticket will face refusal of entry/ejection without refund.
