In order to display your match tickets in the app, you will need to create a Chelsea FC app account. Here are the steps to follow:

You should have received an email from Chelsea FC with a ‘Register Now’ link.
Click on the link, which will take you to a bespoke registration screen. You will not need to enter your email address or any of your personal details.
Enter a new password that you will use to log into the Chelsea FC app.
Click on ‘Create Account’.
You will then receive a secondary email asking you to verify your account.
Click the ‘Verify email’ button in this secondary email and you will be taken to a screen that says your email address has been verified.
Congratulations! You have created a new Chelsea FC app account.

To combat fraudulent activity and enhance fan security, Chelsea FC takes added measures to ensure that all accounts are created by genuine individuals.

By verifying your account, you are confirming that you are the genuine holder of this account.

Here is how you verify your email in order to verify your account:

1) You will have received an email asking you to verify your account.

2) In the email we sent you, it will contain a button that says: ‘Verify email’.

3) Simply click on this link and log in.

4) You will then see a screen confirming that your email address is verified, and your accounts have been successfully linked.

5) If you have deleted this email, you can log into the Chelsea FC app, or chelseafc.com, and you will be prompted to verify your email address.

We need to ensure that you are the only person who can access your digital tickets.

Therefore, for your security, we require the Email Address, First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth to be an exact match between your Chelsea FC app and ticketing accounts. You can log into the two accounts using the links below to check that these details match:

Once you have confirmed that the details match, we will automatically link your accounts for you.

However, if you want to complete the link now, you can return to the email we sent you and look for the button which says: ‘Link my accounts’. Or you can login to chelseafc.com and go to your profile via the top right icon.

We need to ensure that you are the only person who can access your digital tickets.

Therefore, for your security, we require the Email Address, First Name and Last Name to be an exact match between your Chelsea FC app and ticketing accounts. You can log into the two accounts using the links below, to check that these details match.

Please take note of the postcode you have set in your ticketing account, as you will need to re-enter this postcode in exactly the same format after you press the button to link your accounts.

Once you have confirmed that the details match, please return to the email we sent you about updating your profile and click the button which says: ‘Link my accounts’. You will then be taken to a screen where you will be asked to confirm your postcode (please ensure you enter the same postcode that is set in your ticketing account).

If the correct postcode is entered, the account linking process will be confirmed.

Or you can login to chelseafc.com and go to your profile via the top right icon.

If you have forgotten your password then please use the Reset Password link on the respective login page.

If you do not receive the email please check in your junk mail folder.

If you still do not receive the reset email, please try creating a new account with the same email address to confirm an account with this email address already exists. If there is already an account with that address, it will stop you from creating a new account. If it lets you create the account, then it means there wasn't one originally with this email address, and you should then use this new account going forward.

To ensure the ticketing and Chelsea FC app accounts remain linked, you are only able to change your email address on your ticketing account. To complete the linking, the email address on both accounts needs to be the same.

If they are different, you will need to change your address on your ticketing account so that it matches the one of your Chelsea FC app account.

If your Chelsea FC app account email address is not valid and cannot be used on the ticketing account, you will need to create a new app account with the same email address as you have on your ticketing account.

You can check if your ticketing and app accounts are correctly linked by clicking here to log into your Chelsea FC app account.

If you have successfully linked your accounts, you will see this message on the home screen:

Your Chelsea FC app account is linked to your ticketing account. If you need to update your details, please contact us.

If this does not appear on your My Account page it will notify you which details do not match.

Once your ticketing account and official Chelsea FC app account are linked, your details on the 'My Profile' page of your official Chelsea FC app account are locked. This is to ensure the accounts stay matched.

If you need to change your email address you can do it on your ticketing account, it will remain linked with your app account.
