The striker, 20, has been training with Chelsea since the age of nine and scored numerous goals for our Academy teams as he progressed through the ranks. He won the FA Youth Cup twice, playing a leading role up front in 2016/17 as he netted double figures in the competition, including six in the semi-final and final.

His first loan move was to the Championship with Barnsley before further spells at MK Dons and Scunthorpe United. He also featured in Frank Lampard’s first pre-season game in charge in Dublin earlier this summer.

Roda JC play in the Eerste Divisie, the second tier in the Netherlands, and finished 13th last season.
