Trevoh Chalobah and Marc Guehi have been named in Aidy Boothroyd's first England Under-21 squad of the season.
It is the first time the young Chelsea pair have been called up at this level, having featured regularly at earlier age groups including for England's Under-19s and Under-20s last season. Guehi is a World Cup winner at Under-17 level, while Chalobah won the Under-19 European Championships with England, also in 2017.
Having suffered a disappointing group stage exit at this summer's European Championships in Italy, England kick off their qualification campaign for the next one with an away game against Turkey on Friday 6 September, in Izmit, and then a home fixture against Kosovo in Hull the following Monday.
Chalobah is currently on loan at Huddersfield in the Championship, while Guehi is our development squad captain. They have enjoyed an unbeaten start to the campaign and tonight host Tottenham at Aldershot. You can watch the match for free live on the app and this website.
