Edouard Mendy makes his first Chelsea appearance and Ben Chilwell his full debut in tonight’s Carabao Cup fourth round tie at Tottenham.
In total there are eight changes to the side that started at West Brom on Saturday. As well as Mendy and Chilwell, Cesar Azpilicueta, Kurt Zouma and Fikayo Tomori come in at the back.
Ahead of them Jorginho starts alongside Mateo Kovacic, with Olivier Giroud supported in attack by Callum Hudson-Odoi, Timo Werner and Mason Mount.
Tottenham’s new signing Sergio Reguilon makes his debut.
