Though there was plenty of intensity about a session that had at its heart some match-based action on a quarter-sized pitch, with space to dwell on the ball at a premium, there was time at the end for some free-kick and penalty-taking practice, and for one of our strikers in particular, there was a finish worth celebrating!It is a short walk from the team’s hotel to the training pitches so following lunch and a rest on the back of the journey over from Cobham, action began with a warm-up and then onto the ball work, and here we have images that give a flavour of what is going to be a busy week of work…
