There are four changes from our last outing before the international break as Chelsea’s Premier League campaign resumes with a west London derby this afternoon.

Marcos Alonso, N’Golo Kante, Timo Werner and Kai Havertz are the returning quartet, with Kante making his 250th appearance for the Blues.

Those making way are Malang Sarr, Mateo Kovacic, Romelu Lukaku and Christian Pulisic, the first three of whom are substitutes. Pulisic is rested after a particularly demanding period on national team duty.

Chelsea are expected to start with a back four protecting Edouard Mendy in goal, with captain Cesar Azpilicueta, Thiago Silva and Antonio Rudiger all retained.

Kante is set to join Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Mason Mount in midfield, while Havertz leads the attack alongside Werner and Hakim Ziyech.

The Bees made two alterations from their most recent game, a 2-1 defeat at Leicester City, with Christian Eriksen and Mads Roerslev the two coming back in. Top scorer Ivan Toney plays up front.
