The 22-year-old has made 19 appearances for the Blues this season and scored in our Premier League victory over Fulham at Craven Cottage in October.

Broja, who joined Chelsea as an Under-9, also struck in our FA Cup third round tie against Preston North End earlier this month.

The Albania international will now continue his development in Premier League with our west London neighbours.
