Our penultimate Women’s Super League fixture of the season against Arsenal in May has been selected for live television coverage in the latest round of broadcast picks, with ticket details also confirmed.
The final home league match of our campaign will see us go up against Arsenal at Kingsmeadow on Sunday 21 May, with kick-off scheduled for 12.30pm (UK time). The match will now be broadcast live on BBC Two.
It promises to be an entertaining London derby on home soil and it will be the fourth time the teams have met this season, as we faced Arsenal in the FA Cup and Continental Tyres League Cup respectively.
We began the New Year with the reverse league fixture against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium. Sam Kerr headed an 89th minute equaliser to cancel out Kim Little’s penalty which opened the scoring on the hour mark.
