Nine of Chelsea's 2012 Champions League winners start for our Legends side this evening against Bayern Munich Legends at Stamford Bridge.
The game, which kicks off at 7.15pm and consists of two 30-minutes halves, is being played in tribute to former Chelsea forward and manager Gianluca Vialli, with all proceeds from the match split between two charities.
Half of the proceeds will go to the Chelsea Foundation - the club’s charitable foundation - and the remaining 50 per cent will be donated to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, which supports the work of The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, where the iconic former Chelsea forward was treated.
Roberto Di Matteo, a teammate of Vialli and the coach that guided Chelsea to Champions League victory for the first time, oversees the Blues side this evening.
He has named several members of the side that started the 2012 final at the Allianz Arena in tonight's side.
Petr Cech begins in goal behind a back four of William Gallas, Gary Cahill, John Terry and Ryan Bertrand. John Obi Mikel starts at the base of a midfield three with Michael Essien and Jody Morris ahead of him.
Ramires is set to occupy a role on the right flank with Salomon Kalou and Florent Malouda also in the attack.
