We reach the halfway mark in this season's UEFA Women's Champions League group stage with a short trip north of the border to face Scottish champions Celtic. Here is everything you need to know ahead of Chelsea's visit to Glasgow...
In addition to our brilliant start in this season's Women's Super League, the Blues also top our Champions League group with two wins from as many matches so far, ahead of our second consecutive away trip in European competition.
Having opened our campaign with victory over Real Madrid at Stamford Bridge before beating Twente in the Netherlands, we now travel north to Glasgow to face a Celtic side looking for their country's first-ever points in the Women's Champions League group stage.
When and where
We face Celtic at Celtic Park on Wednesday 13 November, with kick-off scheduled for 8pm UK time.
How to follow
You can follow via the Match Centre on the official Chelsea website and app, and through Chelsea Women’s social media channels with match commentary posted on X and regular updates available on Facebook and Instagram.
The Group B encounter will be broadcast live on DAZN for those watching in the UK. It will also be broadcast around the world on DAZN, excluding China, the Middle East and North Africa, while beIN Sports will broadcast the game live in the Middle East and North Africa.
The form
Chelsea have been in excellent form so far this season, winning all eight matches in all competitions, with 29 goals scored and just six conceded.
In the Champions League, that has seen us go top of Group B with a maximum six points after two games. We opened the campaign with a hard-fought 3-2 home win over Real Madrid, Sjoeke Nusken and Guro Reiten getting their names on the scoresheet before Mayra Ramirez's first goal of the season sealed the victory.
That was followed by our first European away trip of the season against Twente, when goals from Aggie Beever-Jones, Maika Hamano and Reiten - from the penalty spot again - gave us a 3-1 win in the Netherlands.
However, it has been a difficult start for Celtic on their first-ever Champions League group stage appearance. They qualified in reasonable comfort by seeing off Finnish, Lithuanian and Ukrainian opposition in the earlier rounds, but have found things tougher going since.
They suffered a 2-0 home defeat to Twente at New Douglas Park on their group-stage debut, before a humbling 4-0 loss away at Real Madrid last time out, meaning they are still hunting their first point and goal at this stage of the competition as they host the Blues at Celtic Park on Wednesday.
In the league, Celtic have six wins and one draw from seven games so far, although that is only good enough for third in the table, and ahead of facing the Blues they reached the semi-finals of the SWPL Cup, beating Glasgow City after extra-time and penalties.
Recent head-to-head
Chelsea have never faced Celtic in competitive action before, as the Ghirls became the first Scottish side to qualify for the Champions League group stage this season, having claimed their maiden domestic title last term.
However, the match takes place in a city that Blues midfielder Erin Cuthbert knows well, after the Scottish international spent the early part of her career representing Celtic's fierce local rivals Rangers and Glasgow City.
