There has been a change to the way the club will communicate the on-sale dates of Premier League tickets to supporters this season.
Previously, members would receive an email notification informing them of the on-sale dates for tickets for all Chelsea’s Premier League fixtures, but this will no longer be the case from the start of the 2022/23 campaign.
All selling information on Premier League home tickets will now be included in the club’s weekly newsletter, which is sent out to subscribing supporters via email. To receive the newsletter, simply log in to the Chelsea website – it’s free to register if you haven’t already via the link at the top of this page – and tick the ‘news’ box under ‘contact preferences’ in your profile.
Emails will still be sent out to notify supporters of on-sale dates for the following:
Season ticket holders and members will receive an email for all men’s home domestic and European cup matches.
Supporters on the UEFA away scheme will receive an email for all European away matches.
Supporters on the UK away scheme will receive an email for all away domestic cup matches.
The procedure for notifying supporters of the on-sale dates for Chelsea Women home matches is unchanged.
In advance of ticket sales supporters are reminded that in order to purchase on behalf of other supporters, they will need to add them to their friends and family list. For details of how to do this and for full FAQs on the New Online Ticketing System, please click here.
