Chelsea Football Club is excited to announce the continuation of our partnership with Rexona, part of the Unilever family, which is also known as Sure, Degree, Shield across international markets, for a further two years.
Since 2017, Rexona has been working with Chelsea, focusing on its mission to inspire people with the confidence to move more. To achieve this aim, the partnership has created opportunities to access organised exercise in grassroots football. Rexona has also had a keen focus on the women’s game, supporting the Chelsea Women’s team and amplifying the visibility of our record-breaking players, as they inspire the next generation.
With the renewal of the partnership, Rexona and Chelsea will continue to deliver these initiatives, through projects such as the Breaking Limits programme, equipping young people with the confidence and opportunity to move.
The partnership will expand and introduce new global campaigns communicating Rexona’s best-in-class technology and purpose to get everyone moving, and best-in-class money-can’t-buy experiences, while continuing to put fans at the heart of the partnership.
Alongside the partnership extension, Rexona has also announced that Chelsea’s Ben Chilwell will begin a new role as the brand’s ambassador, joining the exclusive company of Sam Kerr, Melanie Leupolz and Lauren James as the brand’s ambassadors for the 2023/24 season.
Chelsea FC chief executive officer Chris Jurasek commented: ‘Since 2017, we have been proud to partner with Rexona and we are thrilled to extend our relationship with the prestigious brand for two more years.
‘Coming off the back of a hugely successful year for our partnership, we now look forward to our continued collaboration and creating innovative activations that will entertain and engage our millions of fans.’
Kathryn Swallow, Rexona global brand lead said: ‘We’re delighted to extend our longstanding partnership with Chelsea and continue inspiring football fans with the confidence to move more. We look forward to working with our exciting line-up of ambassadors and the club throughout the next season. We’re not done yet!’
Both Chelsea and Rexona look forward to a very successful two years ahead.
