It could be a crucial week for Chelsea as the men's team kick off our UEFA Conference League semi-final, the women's side try to seal the Women's Super League title and the Under-18s go into their final league fixture top of the table, plus a potential Premier League 2 quarter-final for the Under-21s. Here is what to look out for with the Blues in the coming days.

Monday

The week begins with all the reaction to the weekend, with mixed feelings across our teams. Enzo Maresca, the returning Romeo Lavia and Nicolas Jackson - scorer of our brilliant winning goal - all discuss Saturday's 1-0 home win over Everton, which you can watch back in full or enjoy the best of the action in our highlights.

You can also watch the highlights of Chelsea Under-21s' emphatic 4-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers to book our place in the quarter-finals of the Premier League 2 title play-offs.

Chelsea Women head coach Sonia Bompastor and captain Millie Bright are in reflective mood after a difficult Sunday for the Blues, giving their thoughts on our UEFA Women's Champions League semi-final exit to Barcelona and turning attention to the trophies still on offer for us this season.

Tuesday

On Tuesday Bompastor and Erin Cuthbert will both be looking ahead to Wednesday's potentially crucial trip to Manchester United in the Women's Super League, as the Blues close in on a record-extending sixth consecutive WSL title.

We will be kicking off our build-up to the men's UEFA Conference League semi-final first leg against Djurgarden by hearing from Filip Jorgensen and the latest in our 'From the Museum' series will also be published. The piece will be looking at our last trip to Stockholm in 1998 when we claimed the Cup Winners' Cup trophy.

Wednesday

Our men's team depart for Sweden on Wednesday for the first leg of our UEFA Conference League semi-final and you can find out which players have made the trip right here.

That will be followed by Maresca and a member of his squad taking part in the pre-match press conference live on the official Chelsea website and app from 5.30pm UK time. Then you can watch the first 15 minutes of training from the 3Arena at 6.15pm UK time, as the Blues put the finishing touches on preparations to face Djurgarden.

Later that evening, Chelsea Women will be away at Man United and depending on what happens in Arsenal's game earlier in the day, it could be the first chance to seal our eighth WSL title. We go into this fixture with a six-point lead over the Gunners, meaning if they drop points on Wednesday, a victory for the Blues in Manchester would make us uncatchable.

Our game against United will be available for UK-based supporters to watch live on Sky Sports, or you can follow all the action with the minute-by-minute updates in our Manchester United vs Chelsea Women Match Centre.

Whatever happens, Bompastor and her players will be giving us their thoughts after the game.

Thursday

From midday you can watch back the highlights or the full match replay of Chelsea Women's trip to take on Manchester United, before attention switches overseas for our men's team.

Our UEFA Conference League campaign continues into the last four, as we take on Swedish side Djurgarden in the semi-finals. Thursday's first leg is away in Stockholm and supporters in the UK can watch the game live via TNT Sports, while we will be providing updates on all the action as it happens in our Djurgarden vs Chelsea Match Centre and you can also listen to live audio commentary on our website and app.

We will also have all the reaction from Maresca and his players after the game, followed by the best of the action in our highlights at midnight.

Friday

Attention will quickly shift to domestic action after our midweek Conference League semi-final, and you can watch Maresca's pre-match press conference for our upcoming Premier League meeting with Liverpool.

We will also hear from Bompastor later in the afternoon ahead of Chelsea's trip to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium where we would have the chance to win the WSL title.

Saturday

Chelsea Under-18s play their final league fixture of the season on Saturday morning, when we travel away for a derby at Tottenham Hotspur. It will be a big one too, as the Blues currently sit one-point clear at the top of the Under-18 Premier League southern table, albeit having played more games than our title rivals - including Spurs.

Nothing can be decided on Saturday, until other teams complete their schedules later in the month, but Chelsea will be doing everything to finish with a victory and give ourselves the best possible chance if other teams slip up. You can watch our trip to Tottenham live for free on the official Chelsea website and app from 11am in our Tottenham Hotspur vs Chelsea Under-18s Match Centre.

Sunday

Chelsea then take on Tottenham Hotspur again, this time the women's team, at 2.15pm as we have a chance to make history. A total of four points from this week's two games against Manchester United and Tottenham would make us champions regardless of results elsewhere and see us lift a record-extending sixth consecutive WSL title.

The game will be shown live in the UK by the BBC and we will be providing minute-by-minute updates in our Tottenham Hotspur vs Chelsea Women Match Centre, followed by all the reaction, plus highlights from midday on Monday.

We are back at Stamford Bridge and back in Premier League action later on Sunday afternoon when we face newly-crowned champions Liverpool at 4.30pm BST. Supporters in the UK can watch the game live on Sky Sports and we will be covering all the build-up, action and reaction as it happens in our Chelsea vs Liverpool Match Centre.

We will bring you all the reaction from Maresca and his players after the game, as well as highlights at 8.30pm, followed by the chance to watch the whole 90 minutes back again in our full match replay from midnight.
