Chelsea Women, Under-21s and Under-18s all play their last games of 2024 this week, and we also have the conclusion of the league stage of our UEFA Conference League campaign.
Monday
We kick things off with all the reaction to the men's Premier League win over Brentford at Stamford Bridge on Sunday evening, with match highlights as well as Moises Caicedo and Nicolas Jackson giving their verdict on a west London derby victory.
The week's matches then begin with Premier League 2 action on Monday evening, as Chelsea Under-21s make the trip north take on Newcastle United. You can follow all the action as it happens in our Newcastle United vs Chelsea Under-21s Match Centre, followed by the highlights on Tuesday.
The build-up to Chelsea Women's big European away trip at Real Madrid also begins, with Sonia Bompastor and captain Millie Bright speaking to the media in the pre-match press conference, which you can watch on the official Chelsea website and app, along with the first 15 minutes of training in Spain.
Our Chelsea Advent series continues this week and Monday sees us highlight stories from some of our former No.16s, including three Champions League winners.
Tuesday
Fresh from a brilliant comeback and late winner in Friday's FA Youth Cup tie away at Leicester City, our Under-18s are back in league action for the final time in 2024. We make the short trip to Crystal Palace on Tuesday morning, for an early 11am midweek kick-off.
On a run of five games unbeaten, four of them victories, the Blues will be looking to carry that momentum into the winter break, and you can watch the game live for free in our Crystal Palace vs Chelsea Under-18s Match Centre.
That is followed on Tuesday evening by the first of two European fixtures this week, when Chelsea Women take to the pitch for the last time in 2024 on a big Champions League away night at Real Madrid.
We may have lost our 100 per cent record in the Women's Super League with a draw last time out, but it is still intact in Europe and the Blues will want to ensure we end the group stage with six wins out of six, after thrashing Twente 6-1 last time out in this competition.
Supporters in the UK can watch the match via DAZN and we will be bringing you live updates in our Real Madrid vs Chelsea Women Match Centre.
Our Advent series sees us speaking to No.17 Sandy Baltimore about her start to life at Chelsea.
Wednesday
Sonia Bompastor and the Chelsea Women players will be offering their thoughts on the previous evening's Champions League fixture away at Real Madrid throughout the day.
Enzo Maresca will also be speaking to the media about European football, as he turns his attention to Thursday's UEFA Conference League tie with Shamrock Rovers. You can watch his press conference live on the official Chelsea website and app from 1pm. We will also be showing the first 15 minutes of the squad's final training session before that game, which begins at 3pm.
Christopher Nkunku is on Chelsea Advent duty in our regular series counting down to Christmas, with December 18 being marked by our No.18 sharing his footballing journey from his beginnings in Paris to playing in the Premier League in west London, via east Germany.
Thursday
Our UEFA Conference League campaign concludes for 2024 with our final match of the league stage, when we host Irish side Shamrock Rovers at Stamford Bridge on Thursday evening. We have already secured our place in the last 16, but will be keen to maintain our status as the only side with a 100 per cent record by making it six wins out of six.
Our Dublin-based opponents are also currently on course to book a spot in the last 16, but have only a one-point margin to the play-off places. Supporters in the UK can watch the game live on TNT Sports or follow the action as it happens in our Chelsea vs Shamrock Rovers Match Centre.
Our No.19 Jadon Sancho will also be speaking about his journey to Chelsea as part of our Advent series.
Friday
You can catch up on the thoughts of Enzo Maresca as his focus switches from Thursday's Conference League match to Sunday's upcoming Premier League trip to Everton, in our head coach's Friday press conference.
There will also be a chance to get into the festive spirit in our Chelsea Advent series, as Cole Palmer answers our quick-fire questions on how he spends his Christmas and what it's like to be a footballer at the busiest time of the season.
Saturday
Chelsea Under-21s' final match of this calendar year arrives on Saturday, with a midday kick-off as we host Bournemouth at Kingsmeadow in the Premier League Cup, hoping to go into the winter break off the back of a victory.
Any Chelsea season ticket holders or members, as well as all supporters aged under 20, can claim a free ticket to the match here until 24 hours before kick-off. Tickets remain on general sale to all others priced at £4 each online or at the Kingsmeadow ticket office until 10am on the day of the game. Sunday
The week concludes with a Premier League away trip to Merseyside, with Everton our opponents. The match kicks off at 2pm and you can follow all the build-up, action and reaction live in our Everton vs Chelsea Match Centre, as the Blues attempt to make it six wins in a row in the league.
After the match, we will bring you all the reaction from head coach Enzo Maresca and his players, as well as the highlights from Goodison Park.
The Chelsea Advent series continues on Sunday with an interview with No.22 Lucy Bronze. The England legend discusses how Christmas varies around Europe and how she is relishing being back home this year.
