There are some big cup matches coming your way this week, as our men's and women's FA Cup campaigns begin and Chelsea Under-21s face a crucial all-or-nothing tie in the Premier League International Cup.

Monday

A rare free week for Chelsea's men's team - our first without a midweek fixture since September - begins with Enzo Maresca putting his players through their paces on the training pitches at Cobham. We will have a gallery with some of the best pictures later this afternoon.

You can also get the thoughts of Chelsea Under-21s head coach Filipe Coelho, as he looks ahead to a massive must-win Premier League International Cup match for his team against Sporting Lisbon, a side the former Benfica coach knows well from his time on the other side of that city rivalry.

And head over to the Official Chelsea App for an 'Ask me Anything' Q&A with Erin Cuthbert, where the Scotland star answers supporters questions from our winter training camp in Portugal.

Tuesday

The week's match action begins at Kingsmeadow on Tuesday evening, when our Under-21s host Sporting Lisbon in our final group stage fixture of this season's Premier League International Cup. The two sides are currently joint-second in the table, and only one can progress, with Sporting's narrow goal difference advantage meaning the Blues need a win to reach the quarter-finals.

Can we make it three victories in a row in this competition - having beaten Anderlecht and Real Sociedad in our last two - and secure a place in the last eight? You can watch the match live from 7pm in our Chelsea Under-21s vs Sporting Lisbon Match Centre to find out.

We will also be hearing from England and Chelsea star Lucy Bronze as the defender discusses her Portuguese heritage from the club's winter training camp in the country.

Talented teen Marc Guiu will also be talking to us about how he ended up at Chelsea in the latest piece in our 'My Journey' series.

Wednesday

As well as the highlights from the previous evening's crucial Premier League International Cup match for the Under-21s, we will bring you a pair of interviews from our men's and women's teams on Wednesday. You can hear from Moises Caicedo in the first of those, while Chelsea Women head coach Sonia Bompastor will fill us in on the latest from Portugal.

Thursday

We begin to cast our attention to the weekend's match action, with a look behind the scenes at the men's team's preparations in training at Cobham building up to our FA Cup opener. There will also be an exclusive interview with midfielder Landon Emenalo ahead of the Under-18s' first match since the start of the Academy winter break, against West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.

Friday

The build-up to the start of our FA Cup campaign begins in earnest at 1pm on Friday, when Enzo Maresca will be giving his thoughts ahead of our third round meeting with Morecambe at Stamford Bridge. Our head coach will be discussing the game in his pre-match press conference, which will be shown live on the official Chelsea website and app.

Sonia Bompastor will then be speaking to the media in her own press conference later in the afternoon, ahead of Chelsea Women's return to action following the winter break with a Women's FA Cup home tie against Charlton Athletic on Sunday.

Saturday

There are two games for you to keep an eye out for on Saturday, starting with Chelsea Under-18s' first match in nearly four weeks, when we host West Bromwich Albion at Cobham in the Under-18 Premier League. The Blues will be keen to bounce back, after the five-game unbeaten run was ended by Crystal Palace in that last match before the winter break, and you can watch Saturday's game live from 11am on the official Chelsea website and app, via our Chelsea Under-18s vs West Bromwich Albion Match Centre.

Then it is the men's turn in the afternoon, as we kick off our FA Cup campaign at Stamford Bridge at 3pm. Morecambe are our first opponents in this season's competition and we will be looking to continue our excellent record in the world's oldest club competition, having reached Wembley in six of the last eight seasons and only being eliminated at the third-round stage once since 1998. You can follow all the build-up, action and reaction to this game as it happens with our live updates in the Chelsea vs Morecambe Match Centre.

Sunday

You can watch the highlights of the previous day's FA Cup third-round tie against Morecambe from midday on Sunday, as well as the full-match replay if you missed the action the first time around.

The knockout action then continues when the Blues return from the winter break to open our Women's FA Cup campaign at Kingsmeadow in the afternoon. We have already put ourselves top of the Women's Super League table and progressed comfortably through the group stage of the Champions League, and will now open up a third front in the FA Cup when Charlton Athletic visit at 3pm on Sunday. The match will be shown live on the Women's FA Cup YouTube channel and we will be bringing you updates throughout in our Chelsea Women vs Charlton Athletic Match Centre.

That will be followed by all the reaction to the match from Sonia Bompastor, as well as the chance to watch back the best of the action in our highlights from midday on Monday.
