Chelsea have been handed a home tie against Crystal Palace in the fifth round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup.

As the current holders, we began our FA Cup campaign on Sunday at the fourth-round stage. The Blues faced West Ham United at Kingsmeadow and needed extra time to guarantee their progression.

Viviane Asseyi had fired the Hammers in front in the opening period but second-half substitute Mia Fishel levelled with an emphatic finish. An extra 30 minutes was required, during which Erin Cuthbert and Aggie Beever-Jones struck to send us through.

The draw for the fifth round took place this evening. Chelsea were ball number six and were pitted against Crystal Palace, who currently sit fourth in the Women's Championship table.

Fifth-round ties are set to be played over the weekend of 10/11 February. An exact date, kick-off time, and ticket details for our meeting with Palace will be announced in due course.
