Our defence of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup will continue away at Everton in the quarter-finals after the draw was conducted on Monday evening.

As the current holders of the competition, we began the defence of our crown at the fourth-round stage and extra time was required to overcome a resilient West Ham United at Kingsmeadow in our first competitive fixture of the New Year.

In another tightly contested affair against Championship opposition, we edged past Crystal Palace in the fifth round at Kingsmeadow on Sunday. Mayra Ramirez netted a late winner and her first goal for the club which secured our place in the quarter-finals next month.

Our quest for a fourth successive FA Cup triumph continues with a visit to Everton, who secured their place in the quarter-finals with a resounding 7-1 victory over Nottingham Forest.

As ball number eight, we were pulled out of the hat at the end of the draw with eight teams dreaming of playing under the Wembley arch, with our encounter against Everton one of four ties to be contested next month.

The Adobe Women’s FA Cup quarter-finals are set to be played on Sunday 10 March. An exact date, kick-off time, and ticket details for our meeting with Everton will be announced in due course.
