Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca has confirmed Reece James, Malo Gusto and Romeo Lavia will miss tomorrow's Premier League clash against Bournemouth.

We return to action after the international break with a trip to the south coast. Four points were claimed from our opening three top-flight matches and victory at the Vitality Stadium, coupled with results elsewhere, could move the Blues up to fifth in the table.

Yet we will have to contend without three members of the squad for tomorrow's 8pm kick-off, as Marsca confirmed in his pre-match press conference.

‘Malo is still out and he is not available for tomorrow’s game,' our head coach explained. ‘Romeo looks very close [to returning], hopefully for the next game. Unfortunately, Reece needs more time.’

More positively, Wesley Fofana and Cole Palmer have featured in training this week. The duo didn't join up with the countries for international duty but have been able to continue work at Cobham.
