Romeo Lavia and Noni Madueke are among the Chelsea players who have been called up by their countries for this month’s internationals.

Cole Palmer and Levi Colwill were also initially part of Lee Carsley’s England squad for what will be his final two games as interim manager before former Blues boss Thomas Tuchel takes charge on 1 January but the Blues pair had to withdraw through injury. It was a similar story with Wesley Fofana and Malo Gusto who have withdrawn from the France senior and Under-21 squad respectively due to injury.
