Chelsea Under-18s suffered a narrow 2-1 home defeat to Reading last time out, bringing to an end our run of three wins in a row across all competitions. However, the chance to return to the form which had seen us record impressive victories over West Ham United, Aston Villa and Newcastle United arrives this Saturday.

Each of these teams have won two games apiece in the league this season, but while Southampton have drawn four of their seven matches so far, Chelsea are yet to share the points. This is only our third away trip of the campaign, winning the last 3-2 at West Ham following a 1-0 loss to Arsenal back in August.
