Emma Hayes has made four changes to her Chelsea Women team to take on Leicester City in the Women’s Super League today, including the return of Fran Kirby.

Following the midweek win over Paris FC, Emma Hayes has shuffled the pack at Kingsmeadow today.

Ann-Katrin Berger continues between the posts, but there are two changes ahead of her in the back line, as Eve Perisset comes in for Ashley Lawrence on the right and Maren Mjelde takes over from Kadeisha Buchanan at centre-back, with Millie Bright again absent through injury. Niamh Charles and Jess Carter retain their places.

There is further change in midfield, where Sophie Ingle replaces Sjoeke Nusken alongside Erin Cuthbert. Lauren James and Johanna Rytting Kaneryd continue on the wings, but Fran Kirby returns in place of Jessie Fleming.

Sam Kerr leads the line again, captaining the side today in Bright’s absence.
