The dates and kick-off times for all six of our fixtures in this season's Champions League group stage have now been announced.
After being crowned Barclays FA Women’s Super League champions, Chelsea were placed among the top seeds in Pot 1, alongside Champions League winners Barcelona, French league champions Paris Saint-Germain and German domestic winners Bayern Munich.
The draw took place in Nyon on Monday afternoon with Chelsea's group pitting us against KS Vllaznia and Real Madrid for the first time in the team’s history. Emma Hayes’ side will also face PSG once more having last encountered them in the quarter-final stage in 2019’s Champions League.

This year the Blues will be hoping to go all the way to the final at Eindhoven's PSV Stadium, having been knocked out in the group stage last season with our final Champions League match of last season played against Wolfsburg.
Blues 2022/23 UWCL journey begins
UEFA have now announced the order and dates for games in the group stage and the Blues will begin our Champions League journey this season away to Paris Saint-Germain on Thursday 20 October with a 8pm UK kick-off slot confirmed.
Emma Hayes’ side will then host back-to-back home matches with Albanian Champions, Vllaznia first up on Wednesday 26 October with Spain’s Real Madrid following on Wednesday 23 November, both with an 8pm UK kick-off. This will be the first time Chelsea Women will have encountered both of these opponents in the club’s history.
We’ll then be seeing Real Madrid once more as we enter the fourth round, heading to Madrid on Thursday 8 December also with a 8pm kick-off.
The Blues will be on the road for the final time in the group stage as we head to Albania to face Vllaznia on Friday 16 December with the action kicking-off at 5.45pm UK time.
The sixth and final round on Thursday 22 December just before the Christmas season begins sees Chelsea welcome visitors Paris Saint-Germain to London for a mouth-watering festive showdown. The action will kick-off at 8pm UK.
Once the group stages have been played, the top two teams from each group will progress to the quarter-finals.
