Chelsea Women’s November London derby against Tottenham Hotspur in the Barclays Women’s Super League will now be played at Stamford Bridge.
Men’s club football will take a pause after the weekend 12/13 November until Boxing Day as players head off to represent their nations at this year’s winter World Cup, but you can still get your fix of Chelsea action as the reigning WSL champions head to Stamford Bridge for a fantastic London derby.
After their opening match against West Ham was postponed last weekend, Chelsea Women will now be coming to the Bridge for another capital clash against Spurs on Sunday 20 November. Kick-off time will be confirmed shortly.
The match promises to be a fantastic occasion in SW6 as we welcome Emma Hayes’ champions to Stamford Bridge, including four members of the Lionesses team which made history with their triumph at Euro 2022, as well as several other internationals who starred in the tournament over the summer.
The match against Tottenham will also provide a great opportunity to honour manager Emma Hayes after her 10th anniversary as Blues manager, in addition to celebrating 30 years since the official founding of Chelsea Women.
All tickets booked for the original opening WSL game against West Ham will be valid at the match against Tottenham. Alternatively, fans can claim a full refund by contacting the ticket office.
Chelsea Women season ticket holders who did not take up their ticket for that match can still do so this time, once the kick-off time has been confirmed by the FA. General admission tickets will also go on sale at this time and will be communicated via our club channels.
As announced earlier this week, our fixture against West Ham will now be played at Kingsmeadow on Wednesday 28 September with kick-off scheduled for 7.05pm and will be available to watch on BBC Two in the UK. Tickets that were purchased for the Stamford Bridge match against West Ham are not transferrable to the game at Kingsmeadow.
Tickets for the West Ham fixture are now on sale and can be purchased here, starting from £9 for adults and £1 for juniors and seniors. All existing Women’s season ticket holders should use their season ticket to gain entry.
