Mauricio Pochettino has made three changes to his Chelsea side for this evening's Premier League match against Sheffield United.

The Blues are hoping to make it back-to-back victories in the top flight after Thursday night's dramatic 4-3 win over Manchester United, which was secured thanks to a 101st-minute winner from Cole Palmer.

There was very little turnaround time between that fixture and today's clash at Bramall Lane. Pochettino has, as a result, opted to bring three new faces into his side.

Djordje Petrovic continues in goal for the Blues and will be protected by a back four of Trevoh Chalobah, Axel Disasi, Thiago Silva and Marc Cucurella. It is Silva's first appearance since our victory over Crystal Palace back in February.

Moises Caicedo starts once more in midfield alongside Enzo Fernandez. Conor Gallagher keeps his place further forward after scoring a well-taken opener against United on Thursday.

Pochettino has tweaked his frontline with Noni Madueke returning to the side in place of Mykhailo Mudryk. After his hat-trick last time out, Cole Palmer keeps his spot in the attack alongside Nicolas Jackson.

Chelsea: Petrovic; Chalobah, Disasi, Silva, Cucurella; Caicedo, Enzo; Madueke, Gallagher, Jackson, Palmer

Chelsea substitutes: Bettinelli, Sharman-Lowe, Badiashile, Gilchrist, Chukwuemeka, Casadei, Sterling, Mudryk, Deivid Washington
