Mauricio Pochettino has made four changes to his side to face Arsenal this evening, including three in defence as Alfie Gilchrist make his full Premier League debut.
Djordje Petrovic continues between the posts at the Emirates Stadium, but it is almost all change in the back line in front of him, following the weekend’s FA Cup semi-final defeat to Manchester City.
Marc Cucurella retains his place at left-back, but Alfie Gilchrist comes in on the right for the injured Malo Gusto. Gilchrist will make his first Premier League start, although has done so three times in this season’s FA Cup and made eight substitutes’ appearances in this competition.
Centre-backs Trevoh Chalobah and Thiago Silva both make way, with French duo Axel Disasi and Benoit Badiashile coming in. The midfield partnership of Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo is unchanged.
The fourth change to the side is enforced, as Cole Palmer is also injured, meaning Mykhailo Mudryk returns to the line-up. He is joined by captain Conor Gallagher and Noni Madueke in supporting striker Nicolas Jackson.
There could be a further debut from the bench, as 17-year-old midfielder Kiano Dyer is named among the substitutes again, as is his Academy team-mate Jimi Tauriainen.
Arsenal have made two changes to the team which beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0 in their last Premier League fixture, with Takehiro Tomiyasu and Thomas Partey coming in for Jakub Kiwior and Gabriel Jesus.
