There are six alterations to the Chelsea team to play Crystal Palace today, with Enzo Maresca handing a full Premier League debut to Josh Acheampong.

The 18-year-old and Malo Gusto come into the defence, with Axel Disasi and Tosin Adarabioyo those to make way from the defeat at Ipswich. It is Acheampong’s first league appearance of the season.

Robert Sanchez is back in goal, and in attack, Cole Palmer is joined by Pedro Neto and Jadon Sancho in the three behind Nicolas Jackson, who returns to lead the line. It is the Senegalese’s 50th Premier League start for us.

Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo continue in the middle of the park, with Levi Colwill and Marc Cucurella the other players to retain their spots from Portman Road.

Trevoh Chalobah is ineligible to face his parent club while Will Hughes misses out for the Eagles. Marc Guehi returns after suspension, while Cheick Doucoure replaces Hughes.
