Enzo Maresca has made 10 changes for today's UEFA Conference League tie at Heidenheim, with Benoit Badiashile the only player retaining his place.

Badiashile played the full 90 minutes of Saturday's 2-1 win at Leicester City and will start again at Heidenheim as Maresca names the same back five as in our last Conference League match, the 8-0 win over Noah at Stamford Bridge.

That means Filip Jorgensen takes his place between the posts and Badiashile is expected to partner Tosin Adarabioyo in the middle of the defence, with Renato Veiga and today's captain Axel Disasi as the full-backs.

Kieran Dewsbury-Hall and Cesare Casadei line up in midfield, the latter making his third senior start for the Blues, having also been in the line-up for this season's Carabao Cup thrashing of Barrow and the Conference League win over Gent.

Marc Guiu looks set to lead the attack, as he did against Noah. Jadon Sancho - making his first start since last month's trip to Liverpool, having returned from the bench at Leicester - and Mykhailo Mudryk come in on the flanks, meaning Christopher Nkunku will likely sit between them behind the striker in the No10 role, which Maresca highlighted as the French international's best position in yesterday's pre-match press conference.

Academy youngsters Kiano Dyer, Samuel Rak-Sakyi, Tyrique George and Shumaira Mheuka are all named among the substitutes. Dyer and Mheuka would both make their senior debuts if they come on this evening, while Rak-Sakyi and George have already made their first appearances in this season's Conference League campaign.
