Mauricio Pochettino has made two changes to his team for today’s Premier League trip to Manchester City, as Cole Palmer and Raheem Sterling both face their former club.

Djordje Petrovic retains his place as goalkeeper, but there is one change to the defence in front of him as Levi Colwill replaces Thiago Silva, who was ruled out by the injury suffered in the win at Crystal Palace.

Colwill partners Axel Disasi in the centre with Malo Gusto and Ben Chilwell continuing at full-back, as do our midfield trio of Conor Gallagher, Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo.

Raheem Sterling comes into the team in place of Noni Madueke in the front three, lining up next to Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson in attack.

Youngsters Ishe Samuels-Smith and Ollie Harrison are both named among the substitutes, the latter for the first time, and would make their senior Chelsea debuts if they come on.

Pep Guardiola has made three changes for Manchester City, with Manuel Akanji, Julian Alvarez and Jeremy Doku coming in for John Stones, Bernardo Silva and Jack Grealish. Former Chelsea defender Nathan Ake starts, while Mateo Kovacic is on the bench.
