Emma Hayes has made nine changes to her Chelsea starting XI for tonight's UEFA Women's Champions League game against Paris FC.

The Blues have already sealed our passage into the knockout stage and have sewn up top spot in Group D. That has enabled Hayes to rotate her side, but the Chelsea manager has insisted standards on the European stage have to be maintained.

Zecira Musovic returns to the starting XI and replaces Hannah Hampton in goal. The back four will be made up of Ashley Lawrence, Maren Mjelde, Kadeisha Buchanan, and Eve Perisset.

Melanie Leupolz has not travelled – Hayes confirmed the 29-year-old was being rested in her pre-match press conference – and is replaced in midfield by Sophie Ingle, who is handed the captain's armband.

Erin Cuthbert is also afforded a rare break from the starting XI. Her spot in the Chelsea midfield is taken by Sjoeke Nusken.

Fran Kirby keeps her place while Jelena Cankovic, Aggie Beever-Jones, and Mia Fishel all come into the attack.

Chelsea: Musovic; Lawrence, Mjelde, Buchanan, Perisset; Ingle, Nüsken; Kirby, Cankovic, Beever-Jones; Fishel

Chelsea substitutes: Hampton, Carter, Charles, Cuthbert, Reiten, Rytting Kaneryd, James
