Enzo Maresca has made two changes to Chelsea's starting line up for tonight's Premier League clash with West Ham United.

The Blues head into the London derby in sixth place, knowing victory tonight would move us back into the top four.

Filip Jorgensen replaces Rob Sanchez in goal and Tosin Adarabioyo returns in the heart of the defence in place of Trevoh Chalobah.

Jorgensen will be behind a back four of Reece James, Tosin, Levi Colwill and Marc Cucurella.

Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez are in midfield once more, with Noni Madueke, Cole Palmer and Jadon Sancho playing behind Nicolas Jackson up top.

There are plenty of attacking options on our bench, with Pedro Neto, Tyrique George, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Christopher Nkunku and Marc Guiu all named as replacements.

West Ham have also made two changes, as Jarrod Bowen returns and there is a first Premier League start for Andy Irving.
