Chelsea pair Carney Chukwuemeka and Noni Madueke have both been included in the latest England Under-21 squad.
The young Lions have European qualifiers against Azerbaijan and Luxembourg later this month, with Lee Carsley selecting both Carney and Noni in his latest 24-man squad.
Chukwuemeka has made eight Chelsea appearances so far this season, scoring once against West Ham, and is now back fit after overcoming injury and hoping to feature regularly for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
This will be his maiden call-up to the Under-21 side and will hope to pick up a first cap in this age range.
Madueke, meanwhile, has 18 Under-21 caps and four goals to his name and is one of the more senior players in the squad.
England face Azerbaijan in Baku on Friday, March 22 with a 4pm local time (12pm UK) kick-off pencilled in.
Then the Young Lions face Luxembourg at Bolton on Tuesday, March 26 with a 7pm start.
