Several members of Chelsea's squad were back on the training pitch today as attention turns to our London derby with Tottenham Hotspur in ten days time.

The players had been afforded some time off last week, as the Premier League campaign paused for the latest international break, with some of our non-internationals reporting back for duty today.

It was a busy session on the grass for those squad members not away with their national sides taking part in the workout at our training base.

One of those putting in the work was Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. Earlier today, we published an article with the midfielder where he spoke about the journey which led to Chelsea and some of the hurdles he has had to overcome on the way.

Another player taking to the grass was Romeo Lavia, as he looks to return to full fitness.

The 21-year-old impressed during the first half of the season but has been limited to three appearances since early-December due to injury.

The midfielder returned to action against Arsenal though, coming on for the final eight minutes, and continues to work his way back up to full fitness.

There were plenty of defenders taking part in training, with Tosin Adarabioyo, Benoit Badiashile, Trevoh Chalobah and Malo Gusto all pictured by our club photographer.

At the other end of the pitch, Jadon Sancho and Christopher Nkunku were also among those working hard at our Surrey base.

As for those away from Cobham, we will continue to provide Chelsea international round-ups in the coming days until those players return.

England, whose new boss Thomas Tuchel called up Reece James, Levi Colwill and Cole Palmer for his first squad, will be facing Latvia at Wembley Stadium, following Friday's 2-0 win over Albania, while Enzo Fernandez, Moises Caicedo and a host of our young talent will be in action on Tuesday or the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Chelsea will be back in action on Thursday 3 April at Stamford Bridge against London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Kick-off will be at 8pm GMT and the game will be shown on Sky Sports in the UK and via local Premier League TV rights holders in other countries.
