Chelsea’s players are prepared for Monday’s Premier League clash with Ipswich Town with another training session at Cobham earlier today. Here are some of the standout pictures.

The Blues will be looking to bounce back from the Boxing Day defeat to Fulham when they travel to the Tractor Boys for the 7.45pm kick-off.

The goalless draw with Everton and 2-1 loss to Fulham sees us third in the table with 35 points from 18 games, trailing Arsenal by a point and league-leaders Liverpool by seven, with the Reds also having a game in hand.

Our opponents Ipswich are 19th with 12 points from 18 games, and three points from safety, but have enjoyed a meteoric rise under Kieran McKenna, with back-to-back promotions.

The Blues have not played Ipswich in the Premier League for 22 years, with the April 2002 clash ending in a goalless draw.

Ipswich have not beaten the Blues in the last 10 encounters, and their previous win in August 1993 is the only time the Tractor Boys have tasted victory in our last 19 meetings.

However, our last three points at Portman Road came in March 1989 in the old second division when Gordon Durie scored our late winner.

We have drawn the last three and four of the last five Premier League matches at Ipswich, losing the other in 1993.

Monday night’s game will not be shown live on TV in the UK but is available via local Premier League TV rights holders in other countries.

Live audio commentary and minute-by-minute updates will be available in our Ipswich vs Chelsea match centre though, with highlights and the full match also available on our website and app post-match.
