Chelsea's players were hard at work at our Cobham base on Tuesday morning as we took part in our final training session before flying out to Sweden for our Conference League semi-final first leg tie with Djurgarden.

The Blues' unity was on display during Tuesday morning's session as we look to take a step closer to becoming the first club in history to win all of Europe's major trophies.

Chelsea's staff put the players through their paces in the gym at Cobham before they made their way on to the training pitches.

Captain Reece James and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall were among those pictured in the gym, as the players took part in a number of stretches and exercises, which help the players' flexibility and fitness, and make sure they are ready to get out on the grass.

Head coach Enzo Maresca and his staff then continued to develop our style of play, as we strive to build a team which combines control and creativity.

We scored a tournament-record 26 goals in the league phase of the competition while only conceding five times, meaning we enjoyed an unmatched goal difference of plus 21.

We then beat Copenhagen 3-1 over two legs in the round of 16 before a 3-0 away win at Legia Warsaw set us on our way to a 4-2 aggregate victory in the quarter-finals.

Our opponents in the semi-final, Djurgarden, have only recently started their domestic campaign and have won two and drawn one of their five matches so far.

Their place in the semi-finals came after finishing fifth in the Conference League league phase before beating Pafos 3-1 over two legs in the quarter-finals and dispatching with SK Rapid 4-1 on aggregate in the semis.

Chelsea will fly out to Sweden on Wednesday and the players will take part in a training session at Stockholm Arena from 6.15pm UK time, which you can watch the first 15 minutes of on our official website and app.

Maresca will also be conducting his pre-match press conference from the same venue 45 minutes earlier, which again you can watch live on our website and app.

The semi-final first leg will then be shown live on TNT Sports in the UK at 8pm BST on Thursday and you can also listen to live audio commentary and read minute-by-minute updates from the game in our Djurgarden vs Chelsea Match Centre.
