With fixtures against West Ham Foundation, Lincoln City and other games planned in Surrey, London, Kent and Hampshire, players on Chelsea Foundation's Player Development Programme are in for an action-packed Christmas.

In addition to the external fixtures, Chelsea Foundation have organised friendly in-house matches consisting of cage football, Foundation 5’s and more!

Nick Brown, Sussex manager – foundation, said: ‘We are delighted to be able to offer our players a wide range of activities to take part in. We feel it’s important for players to be involved with a variety of activities to help aid their development.

‘Our programme aims to challenge all players technically and tactically, with us having a wide-range of activities for most ages and abilities.’

One parent of a player on the programme added: ‘Our son can’t wait to put his Chelsea Foundation kit on and get to training to see his friends and coaches. The Foundation have created an excellent environment for children to learn and flourish.’
