It was back to business as normal at Cobham today as the Blues took to the training pitch following a morning session in the gym, as preparations hit full swing for the second leg of our Carabao Cup semi-final.

After a three-day winter break following our Premier League win over Fulham, Mauricio Pochettino and his squad got back to work with a late training session yesterday, before returning to the regular schedule on Thursday as they ramped up their preparations for the next fixture on Tuesday evening.

That is a must win, as we host Middlesbrough in the second leg of the Carabao Cup semi-finals, looking to overturn a one-goal deficit from the first game at the Riverside Stadium.

Benoit Badiashile, Ben Chilwell and Carney Chukwuemeka were all fully involved after returning to the squad following injury for the 1-0 win over Fulham, while Trevoh Chalobah continued to work towards his own return, having been out of action since the start of the season.

Here are some of the best images from today's sessions, both in the Cobham gym and out on the training pitch...
