After Chelsea recorded three consecutive Women's Super League victories in March, Emma Hayes has been nominated for the Manager of the Month award.
The Blues bounced back brilliantly from February's home defeat to Manchester City by securing three wins on the bounce, including an impressive display against London rivals and title contenders Arsenal.
A crucial 3-1 victory over the Gunners at Stamford Bridge was sandwiched between a comfortable win on the road against Leicester City and a hard-fought triumph away at West Ham United.
Defensive stability was key throughout the month. Arsenal's late consolation - an unfortunate own goal from Catarina Macario - was the only goal the Blues conceded across the three league games.
The victories ensure we enter April with the destiny of the WSL title in our own hands – the Blues trail Manchester City at the league summit by three points but with a game in hand on our rivals.
Hayes has already claimed the WSL Manager of the MOnth award once this season, securing the crown in January after another faultless month in the league.
On this occasion, the Blues boss is shortlisted alongside Brighton's Mikey Harris, Liverpool manager Matt Beard and Manchester City's Gareth Taylor.
Voting for Manager of the Month is now open and the vote will close at 10am on Monday 8 April.
