Travel to the stadium

The stadium is located to the north of the city centre on Øster Allé, just above Trianglen. The stadium sits next to the neighbouring Fælledparken – one of the biggest parks in Copenhagen.

Address of Parken Stadium:
P. H. Lings Alle 2-4
2100 Copenhagen

By public transport

It is recommended to travel to the stadium using the suburban rail service (S-train). It is easiest to access the away section by getting off at Svanemøllen Station (shown on map below inside black rectangle).

It is recommend that you return by the same route when leaving Parken.

Alternative stations for arrival are Poul Henningsens Plads or Vibenhus Runddel on the M3 line.

The police are providing a dedicated train for Chelsea supporters, free of charge, which will depart at 17:00 from KOBENHAVN station to SVANEMOLLEN station and take 15 minutes. From there the police will guide supporters to walk to the stadium (25 minutes).

PLEASE AVOID using these stations - Trianglen on the M3 line, Østerport on the M3 and M4

The marked route shown below, from Svanemøllen Station to the stadium, indicates the entrance that opens directly to the away section: Section D.

If travelling directly from Copenhagen Airport to Parken Stadium, the quickest way is to take the Metro to Kongens Nytorv and then switch onto the M3 line to Poul Henningsens Plads or Vibenhus Runddel stations. From there you can walk to Parken within 10 minutes.

By bus:
If wishing to travel by bus, it is suggested you use the travel website Rejseplanen (also available as an app), Google Maps, or the Citymapper app.

By cycle
Cycling is big in Copenhagen, with cycle paths on almost every street. You can cycle from the city's main square Rådhuspladsen to Parken in 12 minutes. You can pick one of the city's many pay-and-ride bike services, such as bolt, TIER and Lime. You can leave your bike in a responsible place near Parken. It is recommend to sign up and download one of these apps in advance to save time.

By foot
Parken is not too far away from the city centre and can be walked to and from with ease. Walking takes 40 minutes from Strøget, the main shopping street in Copenhagen.

Walking from Nørrebro, in the north of the city, takes around 20 minutes.

If you are already in Østerbro, the walk will take a maximum of 10 minutes.

By taxi

If arriving by taxi, the suggested drop-off is at Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads (a square 300 metres north of the away section of the stadium).

Entry to the stadium

Visiting supporters are located in Section D (turnstiles D1 and D2) at the north end of Parken. With entrances open from two hours before kick-off, it is recommend you arrive in plenty of time or risk missing the beginning of the match.

ID is not required. We advise that you leave your passport in a safe place rather than bringing it to the stadium. The police have advised that any supporter who is intoxicated will be prevented from entering the stadium.

There will be a barriered queuing system with body searches conducted outside the stadium. Fan behaviour

Chelsea supporters are asked to cooperate with the authorities, especially in relation to the entry procedures. Anti-social, noisy behaviour fuelled by excessive drinking may result in admission to the stadium being refused.

Chelsea is a club that actively celebrates our diversity. As supporters, we ask that you share our vision of a club and a game free from discrimination that is open to all.

While the players and staff appreciate passionate and vocal support at our matches, there have been instances where supporters have used unacceptable, offensive and discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated. Please be respectful to our hosts and the local community by not using language or actions which may inflame local and current regional sensitivities. This includes any sectarian chanting, slogans or banners.

Racism, homophobia, sexism, antisemitism, sectarianism or any language or actions viewed as discriminatory will result in the strongest possible actions which may include banning, arrest and prosecution.

This includes on public transport and in other public venues before and after the game.

Matchday information WhatsApp channel

Fresh for 2024/25, the Chelsea FC Matchday Information WhatsApp channel is a source of info specifically targeted towards fans who attend matches. The content on this one-way channel is to enhance the match-going experience, focusing on useful updates on areas away from team matters, whether they be to aid your journey or time at the stadium, about ticketing, or to let you know about off-pitch activities.

Safety

As in any other city beware of pickpockets and bag snatchers at airports, railway stations, around the town centre and when using public transport.

In general, thefts of passports, wallets and handbags are common on metro systems and in crowded tourist places, particularly in city centres. Carry your valuables in different bags and pockets and keep a copy of your passport photo page somewhere safe.
