Chelsea are Women's Super League champions for the fifth successive season – and Emma Hayes' side lifted the trophy after a stunning 6-0 victory against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The Blues went into the final day of the WSL season level on points with second-placed Man City but with a better goal difference. The task ahead was clear: win and in a convincing fashion.
Chelsea did just that. We opened the scoring inside two minutes through Mayra Ramirez and added a quick-fire second when Johanna Rytting Kaneryd struck. Sjoeke Nusken made it three before Ramirez grabbed her second and our fourth before the interval.
Hayes' side completed the job in the second period. There was a rare goal from Melanie Leupolz and Fran Kirby, on her final Chelsea appearance, rounded off our victory with a fine finish.
The celebrations began in earnest soon after, with Hayes lifting the trophy alongside captain Millie Bright. It was a fitting way to end her 12 years at the helm.
