Cole Palmer and Noni Madueke were involved in England's comfortable 3-1 victory over Finland in the Nations League.

England returned to winning ways in Helsinki with an important win over Finland in Group B2 as they bid to return to Group A.

The Chelsea trio of Palmer, Madueke and Levi Colwill were all named in the matchday squad with Cole starting the match. The result means that England are currently level with Greece at the top of their group having played an extra match.

The Three Lions opened the scoring through Jack Grealish following a neat pass from Angel Gomes, before Trent Alexander-Arnold and Declan Rice brought the scoreline to three. The hosts drew one back through Arttu Hoskonen late on, but England were able to hold onto their lead.

Palmer was swapped out for Madueke with 20 minutes left on the clock and the winger was involved in the build-up play throughout the final stages, while Colwill remained an unused substitute.
