Kenedy has ended his seven-year association with Chelsea by signing for Real Valladolid on a permanent deal.
The left-sided wideman completes a permanent switch to the La Liga side, owned by Brazilian icon Ronaldo, and could make his debut against Girona on Friday.
Kenedy has been at Chelsea since 2015, making his debut in a Premier League match against Crystal Palace in August of that year and getting a goal and an assist on his first start, in a 4-1 Carabao Cup win over Walsall.
The Brazilian also netted the Premier League’s fastest goal of the 2015/16 season, after 39 seconds of our fixture away at Norwich City. In total, the 25-year-old has made 27 men's first-team appearances for the Blues, scoring three goals.
He spent part of last season on loan in his homeland at Flamengo, before returning to the Blues in January and ending the season at Stamford Bridge.
Before that, he spent a couple of seasons in Spain, on loan with Granada and Getafe, and has also spent time on loan in the Premier League with Newcastle United.
Good luck for the future, Kenedy!
