Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has signed a one-year contract extension and completed a season-long loan move to Premier League side Bournemouth.

The 29-year-old spent the previous campaign on loan at Real Madrid and was part of Los Blancos’ squad which won La Liga and the UEFA Champions League.

Kepa joined Chelsea in the summer of 2018 from Athletic Club and made 163 appearances over the following five seasons. He has lifted the Europa League, the Champions League, the UEFA Super Cup, and the FIFA Club World Cup during his time at Stamford Bridge.

We look forward to monitoring and supporting the Spanish international throughout his time on the south coast.

Good luck, Kepa!
