Marc Cucurella is heading to UEFA Euro 2024 after being named in Spain's squad.

Three-time Euros winners La Roja confirmed their finalised 26-player roster for the tournament on Friday.

Spain coach Luis de la Fuente has included Cucurella as one of eight defenders for the finals, which kick-off one week today.

Cucurella has won three senior Spain caps and was in the under-23 side that won silver at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. He was also part of the squad that reached the semi-final at the 2021 Under-21 European Championships.

Spain's quest to become the first team to win the tournament for a fourth time begins in Group B alongside Italy, Albania and Croatia, who they first face on Saturday June 15.

The top two in each group, plus the four best runners-up, then progress to the round of 16 with the goal of winning the final on Sunday 14 July.

Congratulations, Marc!
