Mykhailo Mudryk has been named the Carabao Cup quarter final Player of the Round after his late goal against Newcastle United put us on the path to a shootout victory.
Chelsea were trailing at Stamford Bridge when Mudryk was introduced with 12 minutes to play. The Ukraine international certainly made the desired impact.
In the final minutes of the contest, a cross to the back post wasn't dealt with by Newcastle full-back Kieran Trippier. Mudryk took advantage to produce a composed finish to send the quarter-final tie to penalties.
It was the Blues who held their nerve from the spot, with Mudryk converting to help us secure a 4-2 victory and a place in the semi-finals against Middlesbrough.
