Zecira Musovic believes Chelsea's 'winning mentality' will prove invaluable in the team's chase for four trophies, as we travel to Everton this afternoon for an FA Cup quarter-final against Everton.

The Swedish goalkeeper knows exactly what is required to lift major trophies with Chelsea having done so throughout her time with the club. Musovic has won the Women's Super League on three occasions, the FA Cup twice, and the Conti Cup once.

The 27-year-old knows the belief and spirit needed within the group to claim silverware doesn't appear by chance. It is something fashioned by experiences gained during the current campaign and in those that have come before.

It's why Musovic is confident the current squad has what it takes to fight across multiple fronts during the run-in, with four titles still in our sights as we enter the home straight.

'To compete across four competitions you have to have a strong belief in what you’re doing, both as an individual and also as a group. That is something that is only built over time.

‘You don’t win titles over one night. It takes a lot of hard work and a winning mentality which I think we have created at Chelsea.

‘But it takes hard work throughout the whole season, to put us in a place where we can actually compete for four titles.

‘I think we’ve done that in a really good way and I’m excited for this last part of the season, especially since we’re in a position where we know what to do.'

After Thursday's Conti Cup success against City kept us in the hunt for all four trophies, March continues with another trip up north to face Everton in the FA Cup quarter-final.

With WSL title rivals Arsenal arriving at Bridge five days later, maintaining positive momentum is huge at such an important juncture in our season.

Emma Hayes's Blues have already seen off Everton twice this season – winning both league encounters 3-0. But despite the previous successes against the Toffees, Musovic acknowledges they will prove tricky opponents.

'I think Everton have a really interesting group of players. I think they have plenty of young, talented players with a lot of potential.

'I think they are playing a really nice style of football. So it will be interesting. We have had good results against Everton, but we know the results we have had previously, it’s not always how the game looked.

'I think the games have been more even than the result shows. We won 3-0 both times but I think their performances were always strong. They have good individual players that are building something as a group, so it will be exciting to see.’
