The next Chelsea players to share their memories of watching a match from the stands for the first time are Noni Madueke and Marcus Bettinelli, with London football and a brilliant Wembley goal by a Chelsea legend taking centre stage...
Noni Madueke
My first game was Chelsea against Tottenham, in the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley in 2012, when Drogba banged it with his left foot! That was the first-ever game I went to.
My dad just got us tickets. He’s not a Chelsea fan, but my brother and my sister are, so he just got us tickets for a family day out.
Didier Drogba got that great goal - I'll always remember that one, when he spun William Gallas and banged it into the top corner - and Chelsea smashed Tottenham 5-1. They won the final that year as well.
Marcus Bettinelli
My dad was goalkeeping coach at Crystal Palace for a good few years so the first game I went to was definitely a Crystal Palace game at Selhurst Park. Nigel Martyn would have been the goalie at the time, and it was nice to watch my dad at work.
Football has always been in our family so I would have been about five or six. I was small! I have good memories of Selhurst Park when I was younger.
The first time I was watching in the stadium was mental. I remember trying to shout to Nigel Martyn as if he was going to hear me from the stand, forgetting it was so loud around us.
