Chelsea Women’s postponed London derby against West Ham United in the Women's Super League will now take place on Wednesday 28 September at Kingsmeadow.

The Blues begin our defence of the WSL title we won for the third consecutive season in 2021/22 away at Liverpool this Sunday, following the postponement of our planned opener at Stamford Bridge against West Ham last weekend. You can watch manager Emma Hayes' press conference ahead of our opening game live on the Chelsea website and The 5th Stand app, as well as our official YouTube, Twitter and Facebook channels from 1pm on Friday 16 September.

That postponed WSL fixture will now be played at Kingsmeadow on Wednesday 28 September, with kick-off scheduled for 7.05pm, and will be available to watch live on BBC Two in the UK. This will be Chelsea’s final fixture before the players head off for international duty in October.

Tickets that were purchased for the originally-scheduled Stamford Bridge match against West Ham are not transferrable to the game on the new date at Kingsmeadow.

Tickets for the re-arranged fixture are now on sale and can be purchased on our website here, with prices starting from £9 for adults and £1 for juniors and seniors. All existing Women’s season ticket holders should use their season ticket to gain entry.

We will be updating fans on the next Chelsea Women match to be played at Stamford Bridge in the coming days. All supporters who purchased a ticket for last week’s postponed game against West Ham can transfer that ticket to the newly selected WSL match at the Bridge once it is announced. Alternatively, a full refund can be claimed no later than 48 hours prior to the updated fixture date.
