Chelsea can today confirm goalkeeper Nicky Evrard has completed a permanent transfer to PSV Eindhoven in the Netherlands.
The 29-year-old joined the Blues in the summer of 2023, having previously represented OH Leuven in her native Belgium.
Ahead of the 2023/24 campaign, Evrard secured a season-long loan to fellow Women’s Super League outfit Brighton & Hove Albion.
She made three appearances during her loan spell, however, this was sadly disrupted by a hamstring injury which forced her to return to Chelsea in January this year.
Evrard makes the move to PSV Eindhoven of the Eredivisie Vrouwen, the top women’s league in the Netherlands, ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Everyone at Chelsea would like to thank Nicky for her contributions in blue, and we wish her every success for the next chapter of her career.
