Thomas Tuchel: 'This is unbelievable. To share it with everybody is unbelievable. I don’t know what to feel. I was so grateful to arrive a second time, but I had a feeling this was different. Mason Mount: 'To go all the way in the Champions League, we played some tough teams. At this moment in time, we're the best team in the world. You can't take that away from us.'

Toni Rudiger: '‘It makes me feel proud. This is something I couldn’t imagine, but now it’s finally true and I will need some days to realise it.’

Kai Havertz: 'I've waited 15 years for this moment and now it's here and it’s so special. It’s such an incredible feeling. Right now I want to thank my family, my parents, my siblings, my grandmother and my girlfriend. I don't know what to say, I’m so happy and now is the time for us all to celebrate.’

The opposition boss recognised Chelsea's excellence...

Pep Guardiola: 'It was a tight game, we had some almost chances, no clear ones. With the defensive structure of Chelsea, it’s not easy.'
